Easter 09

We spent Easter at Chet's Aunt Connie's house in Lubbock. Everyone brought lots of good food, and we played a "Mystery Easter" game which ended up being lots of fun. I think even the guys got into it. ;) Chet's character was "Farmer Green" and I was "Billie Bonka". After lunch, we watched the kids hunt eggs even though it was very windy. Brooke (Chet's cousin) made one of the best desserts I've ever tasted. It was a delicious lemon cake shaped and decorated like an Easter egg, that got devoured so fast I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it until 2/3 were eaten. Here are some pics from the day.
