Please.
We are in the "50s". Insane. This is certainly the quickest year of my whole life.
Rose has grown up tremendously this week! Her new physical developments: she can open any cabinet door (oh goody lol), climb stairs faster than we can blink and has even stood alone several times! I refuse to let her get big though. PLEASE be my forever baby, sweet girl.
Our neighborhood had the sweetest Christmas Party, complete with horse-drawn carriage "sleigh" rides, hot cocoa and cookies, caroling, a huge Christmas tree, Santa (which we didn't do), a mini petting zoo farm, Olaf, etc. The girls had the BEST time, despite the cold rain that poured on us. They both thought it was magical and didn't want to leave. SO STINKING FUN. I already can't wait for next year's party.
We have had such chilly weather, so today was a much appreciated warmer day! Rose climbed those stairs with big sister's encouragements like a pro. Grey learned how to climb up slides "the wrong way" and thought it was a blast to race a little boy we met there. Love these two.
Because God wanted to make the unchanging nature of his purpose very clear to the heirs of what was promised, he confirmed it with an oath. God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.
